Dancing is a big part of Roma culture, so it is very common for men to brag about how great of a dancer their wife is, for parents to brag with the dancing skills of their children, for siblings to both brag and and compete with each other, and for people of any age to talk with immense pride about how well their father/ mother/ grandfather / grandmother dances.
In this song, a man who only has eyes for his wife, announces:
“And now, she will dance.”
