“Merciful” belongs to a group of songs slightly different from what you’d consider ‘typical’ Roma songs. It's a humble song, a prayer, from one soul to God. This is one of many pious songs by devout Romani Christians here in Bulgaria, characteristic with their humbleness and lyrics that are an authentic, honest conversation with God.
